I think the reason your app is pulled from Delta after 60 days of no update is an indicator that your not too interested in Delta. I have to think that of the 8,000 pilots that have applied at Delta, have also applied at United and American. So it would makes sense that if you got hired at United then you are not as likely to continue to update your app which would then show Delta that your not that interested in working for Delta either.

Any change on your app is seen by Delta. It's my understanding that if you don't update your app every 60 days then airline apps won't even allow Delta to review your app but the second you make an update to your app then Delta has access to your app again.
