I agree that DPA won't happen. Sad, but true. You have it entirely backwards however. We must be behind OUR REPS 100%, and our reps need to be listening to us 100%. The NC needs to be behind our reps 100%. No ignoring of the reps like last time. Demanding 100% backing of the NC is what got us this POS contract last time. Reps make the rules, negotiators follow those rules. Period. That's how it's supposed to work.
