I have to wonder if you really work at Southern. That happened to me twice (no hotel) in HKG. I instantly went straight downtown to the Langham in a limo and charged the best room on the company credit card. Twice, never heard a thing about it.
Thinking about it though. I didn't fly the 747 and I know the 747 crews did a lot more adhoc stuff to places I've never heard of so I suppose that could be an issue. Just use that card and have good reasons for your actions.
