The company keeps on shifting block hours to the lower cost supplier and you are happy because we can't staff it? management is not throwing money to attract pilots or offering 300% because our very junior ones leave where they can upgrade sooner, which in turn benefits management the most.
The ENY MEC now realizes how we are losing this and every communication reflects the willingness to make a deal. It is time to understand our problem and move on.
You can't do that, you have to fight this to the end if for no other reason then how the group is and was collectively treating pilots at other carriers such as PSA. What are you going to do say sorry psa guys?
Don't fall over now!!
