That was a mistake (and I'm guilty). But it was a good lesson-learned as to the moral compass down there in southern utah. I wouldn't have thought they'd be that devious before.
Seems to be that more of the senior people that remember when SkyWest was a "family" company have a hard time coming to terms with the corporate reality. Those of us that have had to spend significant time with reserve got a good look at how the company truly feels about their employees.
I remember when the vote was going on and people saying if they were offering the raise for the Bro, it was going away. Everyone wanted to talk about how it's demise had always been just around the corner. Hopefully we take some lessons learned for this round, but I am not holding my breath.
