If you went around various OA HDQs into the depths where the real strategy/planning happens you wouldnt find much hate, but there would be a massive consensus that JetBlue has been one of the top strategically misguided companies in this business from a financial standpoint if one excludes VX. The financials prove it, there is no bias in numbers. Frankly, if you're doing the flying 0% of it is your fault and 100% of it lies in a NYC building by the water.
Also, its an average of just over 33 inches not 32. You probably should have that number down, every inch counts when it comes down to CASM...or when you are over 6ft tall
