There isn't much reason you guys shouldn't see $300/hr top out pay rates this contract. With a single fleet and the ease of training costs associated with that, and the level of profit they are seeing right now, you guys deserve it.
Then it will give the big 3 rates to aim for. Hopefully airline pilots as a whole will see some major improvements to where we should really be at across the profession, at all airlines.
