The other thing the new hire has to realize is that the next class is just a class of six and no more classes are planned. You will be at the bottom of the seniority list for a long time, and that is a very depressing place to be. The last thing to mention is that the only reason the company has a class on the ERJ side is that they need to get a certificate for the initial AQP training, so expect to be closely monitored by the FAA during your training. I would be looking around for a better place to go now. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
