From everything I've seen & read, sorry, but RPA hours are NOT considered for anything. Your RPA experience, yes, as part of your overall professional development, career accomplishments, etc. Your RPA hours, however, are not considered by Delta (or any airline) as "flight time," "currency," etc. (AIUI). IIRC, airlineapps specifically instructs not to include RPA hours in your time....
