This is boiler plate language that existed in all of the prior CPAs xjt has had with cal/UAL. This language about termination rights, indemnification, breach, cause, commodity events, labor disputes, etc. is all standard. I know because I've read the CPAs.

Why are you throwing me into this conversation? That's not even what Captain Tony said. The PBS process agreement had you keep flight line for the duration of the JCBA. My question is, what will you grieve next if you lose the current arbitration?
Thank you for admitting my MEC is trying to protect me and my pilot group. I don't know, what other QOL features are you and your MEC willing to sell my QOL down the river for your own gain?
