1.) It doesn't matter what your bonus is taxed at. It very well will be at a higher rate than your paycheck. But that doesn't matter because come tax time, it will all even out. If you were taxed at a much higher rate then you are normally are for your salary, you are simply going to see a larger refund check.

2.) There is no down side to agreeing to this for pilots already on the property.

3.) You get to decide if you are going to stay or go. You get to decide if this new agreement is going to be a factor in your decision to stay or go.

4.) Your SSP program ended regardless of this agreement or not
