The lawsuit was heard in either June or July, don't remember which. The Teamsters won on everyone point. The company filed an appeal. I don't know if that has been heard yet or not.

The company was given 90 days to comply with the judges' ruling. They haven't done anything yet. We are nearing the end of the 90 days, so we will see what happens after that.
