I'm not sure if your being facetious Spike. We can legally block 9hrs now under certain conditions. That is a long time in a 737. Someone once said that flying a 737 is 2 pilots crammed in a phone booth in a hurricane ….spot on. I think it was easier to fly a 16 hour flight in the 777 than it is to do a 5 hr flight in a 737ng. It's funny explaining to guys I fly with all the niceties of the 777. The thing that amazes them most is the 777 actually has a rheostat in the bunk room. In the 737, the only rheostat is in the cockpit and it's a full time job keeping the flight attendants happy with the temperature. Loving my new company, but I have to confess I miss being over Dhaka in the company of good airmen with the awesome catering and those heated foot warmers in the 777.
