Speaking of 3 days, do you not have "integration" days at the beginning of the month? How many of those days do you not have control over?

And "we" are not gonna agree to anything "again" that our QOL gets killed on to support your "outliers". I'm not talking about tomorrow, but after a JCBA...such as New equip? Or how about a brand new MEC that goes ahead and "sunsets" flightline? Yet you keep all your "outliers" at the expense of ASA's QOL... Not gonna happen, better hope you win the arbitration.

Well you guys are the only ones that keep bringing it up. Like you just did a couple of days ago on this thread. That conversation was completely dead, until you brought it up and referenced me specifically. So I do believe you are taking it personal. And don't take that personal either, it's just an observation.

As for the transition, yes we do have conflicts in the transition but we are still allowed to trade during the current month. I appreciate that you now admit that there is a lockout period (6 days as of now) but it's still disingenuous to say that it can be reduced to zero. Your system needs to know what your current schedule is while they are massaging your bid award to make it legal.

Anyway, we are not trying to kill your QOL. You get to keep flight line for the duration of the JCBA. And if it's as awesome as you say it is and smartpref is as horrible as you say, then we will all be on flight line. So what's the problem? That has nothing to do with our contract. We want the best of both contracts, regardless.

Now just relax and let the process work its way through already.
