I think you might be misinformed on how either of the pbs systems work. I am not in the top 10% and I benefit greatly from it. I'm maybe a little less then 50% on the FO side. So who's shortsighted? I also fail to see how trying to protect our quality of life is childish. Has this argument on this forum and between our MECs became childish, yes. And you are the larger group now, but that may not be the case for long if the pilot and aircraft attrition continues as we currently know it. At least today there was some good news. Hopefully that will continue
