How does the new equity agreement with Indigo instead of Republic even work? When I ask almost nobody has a clue. For some reason I have a feeling Franke has a way to make sure nobody will see a penny. If that happens and the lawsuits start were will the money come from to pay the lawyers? Will FAPA union dues go to fighting the lawsuit?
