To those who pm'd me about Rick, I will not bash him to you in PM's any more than I will do on a public forum. I just thought, as a former interviewer, I could offer some insight and help him not distract this group from discussing relevant topics. Maybe I should have PM'd him directly, but didn't want to offer unsolicited advice. Sorry for the distraction I mistakenly caused. I'm relatively new to the forum and had no idea the distaste for him that is out there.
