I think that is his point. Didn't it used to be that the HRA was funded a certain amount by the company without doing any of this biometric stuff. Now if you don't do it then you don't get the money. For some reason $1,500 sticks in my head.
I thought it was only $500 but not sure. I thought you get some for your FAA medical anyway and a little more for a no tobacco verification. The rest were for the extra nark tests no one should ever do. In any case I was just wondering about the HSA's, as I have no interest in the HRA. Doing any extra on the record potentially career changing/ending biometrics regardless of percieved risk just for a few hundred bucks credit on your insurace is well past the risk:reward fulcrum IMHO. They can keep their couple hundred bucks.
