No, no, no, no. You guys are delirious and naive. There isn't a bright future here. If they tell the employees that at the end of September the operation will be terminated, people will quit now. So they give everyone a promise of money, that will all get spent before it arrives, and when the flight schedule is announced for October of 2015, it will reveal that the airline in operation of the CRJ-900's will be divided among all the other DCI Carriers.

Delta is removing the good pilots from the list with the SSP program, the EtD program is, was and always be a mirage in the desert. When the airline gets widdled down to the remaining lifers, then it's time to call it quits.

Keep your eye on Deltanet and see who will be operating the 900's in October. That gets announced about 6 months prior, so around April of 2015, we will know more specifically when the end actually is.

Then everyone living in a fantasy world that success is on the horizon for Endeavor, will be introduced to reality in a cold hard way.

Why would Delta want senior regional flunkee's as pilots when they could easily switch the 900's over to another regional with more junior pilots that have a cheaper cost? That's the same blue print for ComAir, and the same CEO. Endeavor is a staffing company. That's all. Each regional is a staffing company. That's the way it works. Just like large construction companies put each subcontractor against each other without any loyalty. The airline is run by the owners, the share holders. They have invested their money to make more money. They put pressure on the board of directors, who work for the shareholders. They want money, and could careless about your career progression.

Sorry to be so blunt, but reality hits you hard.
