I just wish they'd have a seperate cash and carry coffee only line for the busy periods. Even 4 or 5 people in line can be an all day thing if they're all ordering high mx froo froo drinks for their entire families.
The express lane was a life saver when it existed at the now-defunct Dunkin in the LGA USAir terminal. Best idea ever in airport concessions.
