Yeah, I'm a newhire ATL320B. I only moved up net +2 (10 out, 8 in), but 12 more were added below. We may not be moving up, but the bottom is moving down. At least that ups our % in category.
I hope you aren't complaining? I spent (up until recently) the last seven years moving backwards with every AE. Any movement forward I'll take!
