I'm not going by pay rates on APC. I've been told you have received a small raise since those were posted. So unless you tell me otherwise, the pay rates are average. I'm going mostly off of your work rules. My information is a year old so correct me if I'm wrong but here is my reasoning:
This is below average:
Minimum guarantee of 74 hours for reserve
No minimum duty pay for line holder
No trip or duty rigs and no minimum trip pay
Vacation pay 3.25 hours per day
Minimum days off line holder 11 days (12 for 31 day months)
Sick accrual rate, maximum bank, and first year usage
401k matching
No B fund company contributions
DH pay of 75% (although I believe that you may have finally gotten this to 100%)
These things seem average:
Per diem $1.70
Line holder minimum monthly guarantee 75 hours
Minimum days off reserve 11 days
Cancellation pay
Vacation accrual
Pay rates
These things I don't have information on:
Percentage of healthcare premiums paid by company
Uniform allowance
LTD
OJI bank
Again, I'm not saying you ever voted concessions for flying. I'm just pointing out to those who don't know, that TSA pilot contract is significantly cheaper than the XJT pilot contract.
