Folks look at this post. First of all it set up to make it look bad by starting from unrelated parker threat issues back in 2008 (300 aircraft), instead of the present, more accurate fleet count. All these plans have yet to be executed btw and thus are still unconsummated threats. Then it goes into a diatribe to pit the pilots against the membership and do (again) what they want, that being to bypass the union and go direct to the pilots as the last plea begs. This time they know that can't pressure the mec claiming they don't represent the pilots and are therefore now hoping to throw enough mud on the wall here to accomplish that. People, this is a classic management divide and conquer tactic and made by a paid stooge. You've got to be able to spot these attacks. Some are more stealthy, but this one is clumsily obvious. The plan has always been to diversify eagle envoy's slice of the pie and it's just they want to reshape that as an excuse to whittle down costs there. Union busting is alive and well under the parker regime.
