I think it's pretty obvious that apathy is the reason. The DPA might be dead, but there are still around 4000 that keep renewing their cards. That puts the odds of me being correct squarely in my favor.
You really think there are 4000 active DPA cards? I take most everything TC puts out in his newsletter with a high degree of skepticism. Divide that number by 10 and you might be getting close.
How many people do you know that have an active card on file?
