How many people do you know that have an active card on file?
I agree, however I think it's likely settled down to around 3-4k and will stabilize there via my encounters. Only the really hardcore ones are left.
Regardless, do you really think that PG is correct in trying to say that the low participation is due to incredible faith in ALPA?
