I don't want any concessions, but the tax is from the government, thanks to the ACA. Im not sure how that's the company's fault. I guess we could mitigate it by asking them to pay us more, but the real solution is to repeal the ACA (not likely to happen). Unfortunately, healthcare is just going to keep getting more expensive and lower quality.
