Idk if Ghillis' numbers are correct, they're probably close, but the pilots flying the summer schedule are generally done with training in March/April with IOE to go. After that, it gets dicey.
In my category, Greenslips have, more recently, been based on inability to be compliant with 117 than short staffing.
