Most military. About 12 regional guys out of 50.
Out the 12, about half were flow. The other half were either LCA, CP, ALPA higher up within their airline, or had a Masters Degree(my case).
Im pretty sure that like everything else there are exceptions to the rule, but based on resume alone I would say it seems that they are looking for extra boxes to be checked on your app at this time.
