Agreed! I was in the ORD crew room the other day and heard a guy complaining that he was going to be getting juniored all the time and flying 19-20 days per month. Same guy that sat there and said he was thinking about going somewhere else because he wasn't getting used on reserve. People will never be happy. Personally, I'll enjoy the 200% pay when it comes calling.
