This should answer some questions:

The Professional Pilot Left Seat Direct Program allows new hire pilots who meet the qualifications for Captain to fly as both a Captain and a First Officer. CQFOs earn a Captain’s wage while flying as Captain and a First Officer wage considerably higher than that of a traditional First Officer. The program offers professional pilots benefits that are integral to achieving goals associated with long-term career progression, thus making a move to a another airline less financially punitive. In short, the benefits afforded by this program make a lateral transition an intelligentcareeradvancementopportunity.

BenefitsInclude:

• A wage structure higher than most new hire wages
• The ability to start or continue earning PIC time quickly
• A new hire training experience that will complement your previous experience, while providing additional preparation for a long-term career in airline operations
• An established company with over 30 years of regional airline experience
