I'm a United Airlines Pilot and I fly the 767 - 400. Flew it the day before thanksgiving as a matter of fact.

I agree, UAL no longer exists, nor does CAL, let's just move on and leave our individual cultures and career expectations behind and take our respective places at the new airline.
I'm sorry you have to listen to that nonsense on the flight deck of 767-400. You should entertain BAT'ng back to the 76T, I heard those guys never complain on the 767-300.
