The announced plan is to park the Qs as the new UA 175s come online, so there shouldn't be any downgrades. Displacements, however, are likely. With any luck, any EWR crews on the Q should be able to move over to the 175 EWR as the new planes show up. No announcements yet on what other bases are supporting the new flying.
