If a new hire came online only to enter a strike situation within a few months, what would that dynamic look like?
I am not one to cross a picket line, but on probation status within first year, isn't that pretty much saying you might as well resign if you don't take the flight?
My understanding of strikes and new hires is that with a return to work agreement that ends a strike that it also includes the new hires on the property less than a year in that case (work hostages?). It would make no sense to agree to come back and screw over those who supported the cause.
