Does that not raise any eye brows considering how heavy we are already? I mean it certainly is a good thing don't get me wrong, but we have almost 200 over what we need, summer was a clear indication they like to run it thin and JR man everyone.
Its probably cheaper to keep them. They know that if they furlough zero will take the recall when attrition catches up. So its probably just cheaper to keep them rather than pay out unemployment and retrain new hires in 6 months
