Well I just submitted my application. I'm trying to read as much of this thread as I can. Seems completely sh***y. Actually (much to my chagrin), it still is relatively difficult to get hired here. Was talking to several new hires and they still had to have their stuff walked in. We are getting several out of the military as well. So, it's probably not going to be a "just apply and get hired" kind of situation. Trust me, if I had my way, there would be ZERO resumes on their desks. Unfortunately, you have no control over other people's situations.
