Sorry, I mean't RS4 goes Senior, not Junior. They have RS4 in CLT, and I think PHX. It varies from 1-4 guys in CLT on RS4. Lately just one. Also, in the Airways system they always have guys sitting ready reserve on the RS1 and RS3 shifts. Almost never do you get to sit at home. I heard it is rare to sit Ready in IAD in the United system. Lucky ducks... Probably a contract thing that Airways has requiring this...just a guess.

Which is why they don't have a lot of rr in the united system, because they want to be able to USE you if they need for an actual trip. Most of the airways trips are just turns.
On FLICA, RS1 or RS3 indicate normal reserve with a 90 minute callout, correct? How would ready reserve be indicated differently?
