Well I just submitted my application. I'm trying to read as much of this thread as I can. Seems completely sh***y. I am not doing this to be mean, but just as a heads up for the future. You basically said we were your desperation choice. Then you posted pretty specific information that anyone on the hiring board can use to figure out who you are. We may come across with a lot of negativity, but we're here already and are responding to personal things that have happened over the last few years. We also really do care about this place and want to see it become what it could and should be. And we try to stay anonymous. If you are trying to get on somewhere it is always just where you always wanted to work, whether it is or not.
