First you need to have a job offer. Then you can consider what will be your best move.
Sounds like a very nice corporate gig, little weak on the retirement side, but with that much time off maybe you could pick up some contract gigs to put into a Roth retirement account?
Probably over 90% of Corporate doesn't last forever, even with the best of companies/families because the leadership/family never stays the same.

It sounds like a great job, but at your age, if you were lucky enough to get on with one of the big 3, you could* have a great career. Remember that even 121 airlines are subject to economy/terrorists etc and furloughs happen that have left guys on the street for 10+ years.
