Thanks for all of the responses. The plans for my training are still unclear as the job doesn't start for a few months yet, and I haven't formally accepted it yet either. I am just trying to get a handle on what to expect without seeming "needy" from my new managers. Still trying to decide what I am going to do. Currently in the 121 world but I have been given a rare opportunity to fly for this company and I think it's where I want to go.
