It wasn't a question of what WAS.... but what IS.
Let's move on and give the possible new hires a reason to want to come here.
This just points out the ridiculousness of the current paybanding, where on one fleet, you can get paid narrowbody, midbody, or widebody pay. All for flying the same class of airplanes! It is likely that our new contract will unband the 767-400, so someone picking that fleet just to maybe fly a 767-400 one day might find that there isn't an advantage in that in the future.
