Are these new ATD requirements?
I'm reading AC61-136A that was published in 11/17/2014.
I am doing some research to make sure our BATDs still "qualify" and we will be able to maintain our LOA, or at least request a new LOA.
Take a look at ~page 17: 3. BATD DESIGN CRITERIA, e. Flight Dynamics Requirements, (3): "Aircraft vertical lift component must change as a function of bank comparable to the way the aircraft or family of aircraft being represented performs and handles."
Without me going any further into this, does anyone know if Microsoft Flight Simulator X satisfies this?
Beyond this, I'm making a spreadsheet to accompany this AC as a checklist for all ATDs. Does anyone want to collaborate?
