This just points out the ridiculousness of the current paybanding, where on one fleet, you can get paid narrowbody, midbody, or widebody pay. All for flying the same class of airplanes! It is likely that our new contract will unband the 767-400, so someone picking that fleet just to maybe fly a 767-400 one day might find that there isn't an advantage in that in the future.
I concur. The pay should reflect UPS. One pay for FOs, one for Capt. People will naturally flock to the flying they desire. Works like a champ at brown.
