Good points you can decline sub in VIPs if you choose not to get lied to by a scheduler.
Last year a sched told me "We are in an Operational Emergency. You can't decline Sub."
Obviously he, and his supervisor who told me the same, are incorrect. Still waiting on the email I asked them to send me with the reference to back up their stance.
