Here are some facts:

-The end fleet plan is still 81 airplanes = another year of no upgrades and a further deterioration of QOL for everyone but the most senior.

-The loss of 166 SSP spots a year = another year of no upgrades and a further deterioration of QOL for everyone but the most senior.

-300 to 400 lifers who have no plans to leave and just got a 15K raise = the possibility that upgrades will NEVER happen.

-Constant fleet movement between bases = a bad QOL for those junior in category as monthly movements between bases causes displacements.

-This company has a history of breaking promises (XJ flow, the original intent of the SSP, the 9E How We Fly brochure, the new EtD SSP numbers, Q4 being our turn around quarter . . .) making it hard to believe anything they tell us.

-A realistic upgrade timeline for a new hire coming online today? I'd say not until the top 400 retire, so 10 years?

The only thing left to make 9E a desirable place to work is fleet growth and a flow/FIRM commitment from Delta with ironclad language on a defined path to Delta. If you want to gamble your career on those two things happening then why not give it a go.

So far I haven't seen any facts that would encourage a new hire to come to Endeavor or a current FO to stay. Why don't you list some out? It seems to me you are the one being more emotional than logical on the topic. An inside feeling that something good is going to happen at 9E isn't enough when other airlines are hiring straight into the left seat.
