Good heavens. I couldn't imagine how desponding that would be to go to an interview and get told that if that's what they are saying. If delta really wants to save endeavor they would be best suited to tell the ones they want, but can't take that they will at that date of hiring be given a delta seniority number and start at delta first year pay. They however would need to go back to endeavor and fly the line there and sometime in the future will come to training at delta and keep their longevity and pay from when they interviewed.

I really don't get this industry. We can do the job for a mainline airline flying their passengers, but they want it at substandard pay - especially for the fo's. All the sudden you get hired by delta then go back to flying their passengers again, but you are at a much higher pay - especially in a year or two. Unfortunately the fault falls on us. We allowed, as well as those before us, to let this system occur. We are our own worst enemies. As more and more regional guys enter the ranks at main line hopefully a standard will be put in and fought for to level the playing field for all airlines as a whole - especially FO's!
