Even the "facts" your side is presenting are wrong. Unless I'm missing something the contract is NOT amenable in 2017. See LOA 33.U, January 2020 is a long time after 2017 and a long time to be at four year FO pay.
Using a recruiting bonus to supplement your income is grasping at strays. Please tell me that you have something more than this. Please tell me you are not pinning your hopes to a recruiting bonus.
