Yep they need to lower requirements. Tsa needs to create a revolving door if they have any hope of finding guys. Most new guys would rather go to psa or mesa or compass or any other place that flys newer bigger planes with good movement.
No way CQFO requirements are lowered. Also, yeah TSA has horrible movement with our 51 new aircraft. Mesa with 35 new airplanes has way better movement (sarcasm)
