I don't know how long upgrades will take, but I can't imagine it will be more than 1-2 years (for you and I). I think you'll be fine.
Im at 3.5 years almost to the day (May 2011), Im around 390 from the reward today. Remember 2011 we were hiring 60 a class and sometimes running more than a class a month so a month or two makes a big difference during that hiring period.
