No problem. Feel free to add anything, or correct me if you think that I was wrong about any details.
I know that many people in the industry think that PSA took a substandard contract for more airplanes. As time moves forward, more and more people are realizing that PSA's contract was actually pretty darn good for the pilots. The SAP is great and working well. The "flow" is also working exactly as designed, and 48 pilots went to AA this year. The 12/4 won't be an issue because there is absolutely no reason that anyone should be here that long. With 10% moving on each year, the goal is to never get past the 11th year in the worst case scenario.
Every company has it's good parts and bad parts. I started posting on here because I was sick of people making up things about the company that were not true in order to make themselves feel better.
