Care to share pass rates for the last 6 months? 3 months? I bet they are dropping and the FAA is raising an eyebrow. I heard one month you had an almost 40% failure rate.

I'm glad the wash out rate is high. I know for a fact that PSA training department is quite solid. Flew with a bunch of ex comair, DHL, fractional pilots and they've all said PSA training is equally hard as their previous hardest initial experiences or is the hardest so far but fair. And all the brand new 121 FOs I've been flying with are sharper than I was when I went through so I think they'll be alright.
